Q: How long does it take to conduct an investigation?


A: Investigations can range anywhere from 1 day to several weeks, depending on the type of case, budget and specific needs of the client. We strive to conduct our investigations in a timely and efficient manner, in order to save the client money and provide the maximum value possible.

Q: How do I pay for services?


A: Once an agreement is reached to allow us to investigate, we can accept payments directly on our website, domestically and internationally, using all major credit/debit cards. We usually take an initial payment, which will be half of the total amount agreed to for our services. A 24 hour period is allowed for cancellation of services, and a full refund can be provided for any reason if services are cancelled during that time.


Q: Can I add additional services at a later time?


A: By contacting us via E-mail, you may request to add services at any time, and they will be scheduled according to available resources and the needs of your case.

Q: How do I know that my information is safe with you?


A: We have a secure network, with 128 bit data encryption. All information received is confidential and we are bound by law to protect the privacy of the individuals involved in our investigations. As our customer, you can be sure that we will adhere to these requirements and take responsibility for the security of any information we are provided with.
